This lecture has a glorious past history of speakers, including one of my professors of economic, sir John Hicks. Indeed to day part of the economic theory that i will use was developed by Hicks in the 1940s but is even more relevant today given the explosion of new technologies and new products that have arisen from the semiconductor revolution and the working of Moore's law.
