The procedure laid down in this manual will apply to the board of investment and it shall be the duty of all employees of this Board to acquaint themselves with these procedures or any others that will be laid down from time to time and comply with them.Any unauthorized deviation from these procedures will render the employee liable for disciplinary action.
In the case of any matter not referred to in this manual the board will be guided by the relevant provisions of the government establishments code.
