dc.description.abstract	This study aims to analyse the reintegration experience of returnee migrants in Sri Lanka. It also assesses the variations in the reintegration experience between the skilled and unskilled returnees. Using a qualitative study, it examines the effectiveness of existing programmes and institutions in assisting returnee migrants to reintegrate into society.	en_US
