It discusses details on tea liberalization in Sri Lanka, value addition to tea, present challenges to tea exports, etc. It also evaluates the positive and negative aspects of establishing a tea hub in Sri Lanka. Furthermore, it discusses the pros and cons in other tea export processing zones around the world.
