Guide to Submission

1. Go to:

2. Enter your e-mail address along with your password and click on ‘Sign in’ button.

3. In the next screen you can see your profile name. To submit documents click on ‘Submissions’ link available on the left panel under ‘My Account’.

4. Next you will see the ‘Submissions and Workflow Tasks’ screen.

5. Then you can see the ‘Item Submission’ screen. From here select an appropriate collection that your document belongs to.

6. For an example, if you select the collection ‘Financial Service’ you will see the following screen.

7. Now the submission process will start as you can see below.

8. In this screen enter the information of the document such as Author, Title etc. Please refer the example given below

With this step you have completed describing your document. Next step is to upload your document.

9. Now it is time to upload your document.

    • Click on the ‘Browse’ button.
    • Then a new window will appear (which connects to your computer drives).
Now select the file from your computer.

10. This screen allows you to review your submission and if necessary to make corrections/changes.

Now you will be taken to ‘Distribution License’ page.

11. Final step is grant license, which states that the copyright holder retains all of their rights, but allows the document to be made available via MED-MIG Search

12. Your submission upload is confirmed by the following message:

Afterwards you will receive an e-mail confirming that your document has been received.
